Prior to her employment at Boy Scouts of America Debra managed application development project teams in corporations representing Life and Health Insurance, Law and Software industries. 17 years ago she came to Boy Scouts to support an upgrade to the Supply Chain Management System. Debra subsequently moved to developing software for local councils and since 2012 has been responsible for the creation and support of my.Scouting Tools. In March 2014, Debra assumed the role of Team Leader Membership Applications where her emphasis has been on customer service and usability. From August 2014 through May 2015 Commissioners Tools was rolled out and for the past year the emphasis for her team has been developing the Online Registration system which is currently in 23 beta councils.
